- 5 cups flour(wheat, spelt, oat, or whatever)
- 1 tsp salt
- 3 Tbs honey or molasses
- 2/3 cup oil
- 1 1/2 cup milk or water.
Swiss Butterhorns
- 2 cups flour
- salt
- 1 egg yolk
- 2/3 cup butter
- 3/4 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup finely chopped nuts
- 3/4 tsp cinnimon (or use a spice mix)
- 1/2 cup sugar.
Oat Cakes

additional advice from Jeana:
If you want to give any unleavened Bread recipe a boost of moisture, just add some apple sauce or dry fruit, or egg whites, or yogurt. IT all works well.
These all sound pretty good. I'm especially thinking I'm going to try the oatcakes.
